Raider Guide

Claim your character

  1. Log in with Discord using the button in the top-right nav.
  2. If your Discord account isn't linked to a roster character yet, you'll see a Claim your character prompt on the Home tab -- pick your character from the dropdown and confirm.
  3. Once claimed, your profile unlocks: BiS submissions, priority standing, attendance history, and item requests. You only need to do this once per character.
  4. If you're on the wrong team, use the team switcher in the claim dialog before confirming.

Submit or update your BiS list

  1. Log in and open Your Profile from the Home tab.
  2. In the BiS Source section, click Submit BiS Source (or Update BiS Source if you already have one on file) and paste your BiS list URL.
  3. An officer reviews new submissions before they appear on your profile.
  4. If your list changes but the source stays the same, use My BiS Changed (Same Source) to flag it for an officer to recheck.

Sign up for the season

  1. Click Sign Up in the top nav.
  2. Fill out the 4-step form: character name/realm, class/spec, role/availability, and any additional notes.
  3. Submitting doesn't guarantee a roster spot -- an officer reviews every signup and approves you onto the roster, marks you a trial, or denies with a note.
  4. Check your profile after review to see your status.

Request/claim a loot item you received

  1. Open Your Profile and expand the BiS List section.
  2. Find the item on your priority list and click Mark received.
  3. Choose how you got it (M+, Great Vault, Crafted, Catalyst, Bonus Roll, or Other) and submit.
  4. An officer reviews and approves the request; once approved it shows on your profile and counts toward your BiS completion.

Check your priority and attendance

  1. Open Your Profile from the Home tab.
  2. The Attendance section shows your current attendance percentage and recent trend -- click it to expand a per-raid-night breakdown if you have any penalties on record.
  3. The BiS List section shows your priority rank, slot, and source for each tracked item, plus how many you've already received.

Request M+ exclusion

  1. Once you no longer have any gear upgrades to obtain through the Great Vault via M+ dungeons, open Your Profile and find the M+ Exclusion section.
  2. Click Request M+ Exclusion -- your Raider.io profile is filled in automatically, so just submit.
  3. An officer reviews the request; once approved you're no longer required to run the weekly M+ dungeons.
  4. If a request is rejected you can re-submit it with updated notes.

Link your Twitch stream

  1. Open Your Profile and find the Your Stream section.
  2. Enter your Twitch channel name and, optionally, a schedule note, then click Save.
  3. You'll appear on the Streams tab automatically whenever you go live.
  4. Check Opt out of showing on other teams' pages if you don't want your stream shown on other teams' sites (it still shows here).
